Love, Laughter, Red Tractor, Collin the Caterpillar, Oak Tree swing and film worthy first dance: A dream worthy farm wedding in West Sussex
We had the privilege of capturing Sam and Jocelyn's rustic and heartwarming wedding in their West Hoathly farm. Their day was filled with love, laughter, and some unique surprises that made it truly unforgettable.
Bridal Prep
The day began with Jocelyn getting ready at her parent's house, surrounded by her closest people. Her mum helped her in her dress and it was really special to witness and capture Dad's first look at his daughter as a bride.
Emotional ceremony at a local church and confetti exit
Sam and Jocelyn exchanged vows, sealing their commitment in front of their loved ones in their local church. Ceremony filled with emotion, and our cameras captured every tear, smile, and loving glance.
After the ceremony, all their guests lined up outside the church, with confetti in their hands, ready for the happy couple. The absolute joy was clearly visible on Sam and Jocelyn's faces as they walked down the confetti line and air was charged with the most positive emotions and happy tears as newly married couple were greeted and congratulated by their nearest and dearest.
Tractor as a wedding transport
After the ceremony, the newlyweds chose a rather unconventional mode of transportation. There was a red tractor waiting for them just outside the church. The couple and some of the guests hopped onto a tractor wagon and drove off to their farm for the wedding reception. It was most certainly one of the most unusual and fun wedding cars I have ever captured!
Stunning reception decor and Collin the Caterpillar
First thing we noticed when arriving at Sam and Jocelyn's reception was the amazing attention to detail in their wedding decor. Small thoughtful touches, beautiful flowers, table setting, champagne glasses being filled and Saxophonist's music filling the air while waiting for the couple and their guests to arrive.
Reception and Heartfelt Speeches
The reception was a blend of laughter, heartfelt speeches, and the clinking of toast glasses. Friends and family shared touching stories and well-wishes for the couple, adding an extra layer of warmth to the day.
